Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition that you received it, and you will need to provide proof of purchase along with a photo of the issue.

Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please make sure to review our sizing chart available on each product page before placing your order.

To report an issue, you can contact us at muyuandchiru@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we will process a replacement order or a refund immediately. Please note that you do not need to ship the item back to us.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with our production partners.

Exceptions / non-returnable items As all our apparel items are custom printed on demand, they cannot be returned for sizing errors or preference changes. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges Since every item is printed unique to each order, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If you need a different size or color due to an ordering mistake, a new purchase will need to be made. Please refer to our size guide to ensure a perfect fit.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your case and photo evidence, and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your case, please contact us at muyuandchiru@gmail.com.
