Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Muyu & Chiru Designs! Every single item you order is custom-printed and crafted just for you. Because we do not carry mass inventory, our shipping process includes two stages: Fulfillment (Production) and Transit (Shipping).

1. Production & Fulfillment Time

  • All of our apparel products (including our minimalist and geometric tees) enter production immediately after your order is confirmed.

  • Printing and packaging typically take 2 to 4 business days before your package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

  • Once your order has been printed and shipped, standard transit time generally takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep, depending on your location.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is printed and shipped by our production partners, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or wrong address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to re-send the item.
