- What is Muchi Artwork all about?
Muchi Artwork is a brand dedicated to celebrating all communities and bringing people together. We offer unique, original artistic designs, funny phrases, and playful animal illustrations printed on high-quality apparel.
2. What kind of apparel do you use?
We want to ensure you get the best quality and comfort!
- T-shirts: We use the Bella Canvas 3001 model, known for its incredible softness, lightweight feel, and modern retail fit.
- Sweatshirts: We use the Comfort Colors 1566 garment-dyed crewneck, famous for its premium, vintage look, cozy relaxed drape, and "broken-in" feel from day one.
3. How do I choose the right size?
Both our Bella Canvas 3001 t-shirts and Comfort Colors 1566 sweatshirts are designed to have a comfortable, retail/unisex fit. We recommend checking the sizing chart provided on each product page before ordering to find your perfect fit (if you prefer an oversized look for your sweatshirts, we suggest sizing up!).
4. Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Because each item is custom-printed just for you, please allow 7-12 business days for production, plus standard shipping time to your doorstep.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Since every product is made to order specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will make it right!
6. How do I care for my apparel?
To keep your designs looking vibrant and your garments soft:
- Machine wash cold (max 30C or 90F) inside out.
- Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed.
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
- Do not dry clean or iron directly on the print.
